Aisling qualified with an honours degree from UCC in 2004. During the course of her degree she was awarded the Anne Wilson prize in Dental Pharmacology.

Since graduating, she has gained extensive experience working in general dental practices in Ireland, the UK & Sydney, Australia.

Aisling is due to complete a 3 year diploma in Postgraduate Dental Studies with the University of Bristol this summer. This course focused on the most up to date treatment options & techniques in root canal treatment, dentures, crowns, veneers and bridgework.

The national awards scheme, which is run in association with the Journal of the Irish Dental Association, honours dentists who go above and beyond the call of duty to care for their patients, or who strive to make anxious and nervous patients feel comfortable in the dentist's chair.
